Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breasts
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 150 ml cream
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- Coriander, salt
Method
- 1Brown the chicken pieces in the butter, set aside.
- 2Saute the onion, garlic and ginger.
- 3Add the spices and toast for 1 minute.
- 4Pour in the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5Blend the sauce, stir in the cream and return the chicken.
- 6Simmer for 10 minutes, sprinkle with coriander and serve with rice.
