Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 500 g cherries
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- Butter for the dish
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- 2Wash and stem the cherries (pit them if you prefer).
- 3Butter a dish and arrange the cherries in it.
- 4Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour.
- 5Stir in the milk, vanilla sugar and salt for a smooth batter.
- 6Pour over the cherries and bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes until golden.
- 7Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
