The foolproof crepe batter: thin, supple and light, perfect for Candlemas or an indulgent snack. A few basic ingredients and a hot pan are all you need. Sugar, jam, chocolate spread or lemon: fill them however you like.

- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 30 g melted butter
